Volunteering
Hallam students spend 15,000 hours volunteering each year
If there's an interest or skill you'd like to gain experience in, or a good cause you want to support, volunteering is a great way to do it.
Whether you'd like to fundraise, work with animals, volunteer at festivals or something else – Hallam's Students' Union can help you find the opportunity you're looking for. Even if you only have an hour or less a week to spare, you'll have hundreds of chances to make a difference. What's more you'll gain experiences that will stay with you, and you'll impress potential employers too.
