If you aren't able to make one of our clearing open days you can visit the university by attending one of our campus tours (please note these are not course specific). These are running for a number days during August.

You'll have the chance to discover more about how you can begin or progress your career, change paths and move into a new job, or explore a subject you're passionate about in more depth.
You'll meet tutors and students from across the university, attend a range of talks and take a city campus tour.
Free support sessions for the pre-entry QTS skills tests
All applicants to Initial Teacher Training need to pass QTS skills tests in literacy and numeracy before starting a course. We will be offering free support sessions in numeracy and literacy starting from January 2016.
Every Wednesday, we run student-led tours of the University. Sheffield Hallam students meet you at the main entrance and show you around, telling you about their experience here along the way. There are three different tours, covering
- City Campus
- Collegiate Campus
The campus tours include the learning centre, gym, students' union, catering outlets, student and learning services, lecture theatres and classrooms.
International online open days
We realise that it isn't easy for our international students to attend our open days in person so we bring our open days to you. Our online open days are an opportunity to ask any questions about your course, living in Sheffield, visa support, the application process, entry requirements, accommodation, careers support and more.
