When you call up, you’ll need a full list of your results, including your GCSE grades.
If you’ve already applied through UCAS, it’s also good to have your UCAS Personal ID number if you're registered with UCAS or your Sheffield Hallam student ID. This is an 8-digit number you can find on emails or letters sent to you by our admissions team.
If we make you an offer, we’ll email you the details, so make sure you use an email address you can check regularly.
You’re guaranteed a place in our halls for your first year, but it's a good idea to think about your accommodation once you've secured a place through clearing or priority clearing. The accommodation line can be reached by calling the clearing line on 0330 024 6390 and selecting option 3 when our phonelines are open.
Hallam Progress provides support for applicants whose personal circumstances might mean there are barriers to going to university. There’s still time to join the scheme if you’re applying through clearing.
