Practical Peer Support

Our Practical Peer Support sessions are for neurodivergent students / students with mental health difficulties (Includes self-identification). They are a way to learn practical skills, strategies and information as well as providing an opportunity for peer support and learning from each other and through shared experience.

We aim to make the sessions as inclusive as possible. If you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch

This is a regular session for you to come and 'check in' with staff and peers, to receive and/or provide support in a supportive environment.  You are welcome to come along and discuss topics from the sessions, student life, or use the session as a social opportunity.
