Information desk

• Located in the foyer for all your graduation queries, including parking validation. 
• Open for 30 minutes before and after your ceremony.

Gift shop

• Pick up Hallam goodies, including graduation teddy bears and Class of 2025 T-shirts.

Refreshments

• Grab food and drink at Ponds Forge café, open 8am-6.30pm. 

Accessibility

• Ponds Forge is fully accessible, with lifts and step-free entrances.
• Blue badge parking is available on the top floor of the car park. This is limited and available first come, first served.
• Park and display your badge, take a photo of it, then register at the information desk with your badge and car registration.
• Accessible toilets are next to the Graduation Hall.

Parents and children

• Pushchairs and prams aren’t allowed inside the Graduation Hall, stewards will help you store them.
• For security, please don’t leave personal items in prams or pushchairs.
• Baby changing facilities are next to the Graduation Hall.
• Restless children and babies can be taken to the café area, where the ceremony will be streamed live on screens.

Cloakrooms and storage

• There’s no cloakroom, so only bring what you need.
• Storage is available for prams, pushchairs and mobility scooters.

Lost property

• Sheffield Hallam University and Ponds Forge aren't liable for any personal items lost or stolen while at the ceremony.
• If you lose any items at Ponds Forge, please ask at the information desk or call the Graduation Office on 0114 225 5353.
