Helen Davison, Course Leader for MSc Advanced Clinical Practice

I am a Critical Care nurse with a special interest in patient safety and human factors. I have worked with a team and several external parties to integrate these concepts within programmes here at Sheffield Hallam University. I am passionate about improvement in health and social care and have recently returned from a secondment with the Improvement Academy where I worked on regional and national projects related to patient safety and human factors . I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), a Q Fellow and an Improvement Fellow.

I joined the Department of the Natural and Built Environment in 2015 as a Lecturer in Physical Geography, specialising in Glacial Geomorphology
