I have been lecturer in Higher Education since 2005, with 10 years of commercial and administrative experience. I obtained a PhD in Management in October 2015. I have been made an unconditional offer to undertake the Pg Cert Learning & Teaching in HE, commencing in September 2016.

My research specialisms are stylistics (including cognitive poetics), narratology (including possible worlds theory), and digital fiction. My teaching reflects my research interests and I teach on a range of modules and supervise postgraduate students across the English programme
