HIIT workouts

High intensity interval training is a highly effective way of exercising that can burn lots of calories in a relatively short period of time. This type of exercise requires short bursts of energy for less than a minute, that is followed by a short recovery time. HIIT sessions typically last no more than 30 minutes making it easy exercise to fit into busy days.  Research shows that high intensity interval training significantly improves cardiovascular fitness and cognitive performance.
