Feeling low at this time of year is common. Find out how to beat the January blues in our blog. You can also read Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), the impact it can have and some tips to help ease the symptoms. We also have some information and support for if you are struggling with motivation too.

The Multifaith Chaplaincy also offer daily activities for people of all faith's or none.
