This course benefits from dual accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). This globally recognised professional qualification demonstrates your leadership, coaching and strategic thinking skills. Alongside your academic achievement, you gain access to exclusive resources and a strong professional network through the ILM, helping to strengthen your CV, build confidence and show employers you are ready to lead.
After successful completion of your degree, you can claim a level 7 Diploma (8618- 64) in Strategic Leadership and Management directly from ILM by paying a one-off registration fee. You can also register up to one year before completion to access ILM resources for the same fee. ILM reviews this fee annually, so please refer to the additional costs section for the current fee amount.

What you'll study on our Executive MBA
Your Executive MBA journey begins with an induction that introduces the core competencies required to succeed on the programme. This includes structured self reflection to help you assess your experience, clarify your development goals, and prepare for the applied nature of the course.
During the course, you’ll develop knowledge and capability in strategic management and marketing, people leadership and organisational change, global operations and financial management, digital transformation, and research, development and consultancy. These themes are closely connected and grounded in contemporary business practice, enabling you to apply theory directly to real organisational challenges while developing the strategic insight required for senior leadership roles.
Assessments are designed to be meaningful, relevant and immediately applicable to your professional experience and career aspirations. Using a portfolio-based approach, you’ll examine different functions within your organisation and reflect and build on your previous experience – enabling you to integrate learning across modules, apply your knowledge to real business problems, and critically reflect on your development as a responsible business leader.

All students
Applicants must normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in any subject discipline and have at least 3 years of full-time professional work experience. Applicants with a lower degree classification and/or relevant work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There will be an interview as part of the admissions process.

Fees and funding
Home students
Our tuition fee for UK students starting full-time study in 2026/27 is £19,150 for the course. If you take a break in study or have to re-take part of the course, you may also be charged an additional fee and will be notified of this at the time.
If you are studying an undergraduate course, postgraduate pre-registration course or postgraduate research course over more than one academic year then your tuition fees may increase in subsequent years in line with Government regulations or UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) published fees. International students
Our tuition fee for International/EU students starting full-time study in 2026/27 is £23,375 for the course. If you take a break in study or have to re-take part of the course, you may also be charged an additional fee and will be notified of this at the time.
