Give your event a name, and then press Update.Menu optionsOnce you have named your recording you can then import the PowerPoint slides if they are available. Press Import slides and locate the file. We recommend saving the file to your OneDrive (on your laptop) and then download the OneDrive app (Apple and Android) to your phone to be able to locate it.
If the slides are not available before the lecture they can be added retrospectively on the web application via the 3 dots Import Slides option. (see the menu page)
Once you are recording use the post next slide button to mark slide changes in the recording as the lecture progresses.
When starting an event, it's a good idea to use collections to organize them into different groups.
Click on the four squares icon and then the New Collection button. Next, name the collection and start adding events to it by clicking on the New Event button.
At the end of your teaching session press the stop button to save the recording.
You will now be able to go back and review your recordings.
Or, from with Collections. You can select the collection group to display the contents of that folder.
