Searching and Transcription

The Search function allows you to search for keywords you've used in your Event notes. It will search through all Events.

Press on the hyperlink for the word you have searched for, and it will take you to the specific point in the event where it was mentioned. It will also highlight the note and the section of the recording it is linked to.

To further help with finding specific information in your recording, you can create a transcription of the audio.

Click the Transcribe audio button at the top of the audio feed panel.

Glean will process the transcription, and when it is ready you will be able to view the transcription by clicking on Transcript

As you click on a note, a highlight will appear in the transcription so you can see where the points are linked.


You can select and highlight text in the transcription to copy to the notes feed.

Select the text you want to copy across and then click on the Post button that appears.
