Face to Face ID checks

🏫 Face-to-Face ID Check Required

If you don’t have a biometric passport, you must complete a face-to-face ID check at the university.

What to Bring

You’ll need to bring three forms of ID. Only Government-approved documents are accepted.:

  • 📌 One document must be from Group 1
  • 📄 The other two can be from any of the three groups

Tuesday
🕙 10:00–12:00 or 14:00–16:00
📍 Robert Winston Building, Room F409, Collegiate Campus, S10 2BP

Wednesday
🕙 10:00–12:00 or 14:00–16:00
📍 Bryan Nicholson Building, S1 4QL

*Between W/C 12th January 2026 and W/C 2nd February 2026, there will be no Wednesday drop in. This will be replaced by a Thursday drop in at the same times and location each week.*
