Mental Health Awareness Week

11th – 17th May. This year’s theme is Action: for yourself, for someone else, for all of us sharing the message that while awareness is vital, real change comes from our actions.

Throughout this week, we encourage you to find one small thing to build into your routine to boost your mental health, and to connect with others to help build mentally healthy communities.
