Workshops

Wellbeing Workshops are one-off sessions to get helpful information to help you to understand an issue and different ways of coping as well as to share experiences in a supportive setting. We also have regular groups that run most weeks which you are welcome to attend as often as you like.

You can book a place on a workshop or group without registering with Student Wellbeing. When you click the link to book a session you will see a calendar - search the dates to find the right date and time for you.
