Peer support is when people use their own experiences to help each other. There are different types of peer support, but they all aim to bring together people with shared experiences to support each other.

Practical Peer Support

Practical Peer Support sessions are for neurodivergent students / students with mental health difficulties (Including self-identification). They are a way to learn practical skills, strategies and information, share experiences and offer support to each other in an inclusive and supportive setting.
