University Mental Health Day Week

#UniMentalHealthDay is on Thursday 12th of March.

This year, the theme is ‘Human Connection’ and in honour of this we have teamed up with Student Minds, Hallam Students’ Union and the Hallam Catering Team with support from the Campaign to end Loneliness and the Knit Like Your Nana society to bring you a range of events across the week. 25% of students feel isolated because they don’t feel like they are a part of a community and a whopping 92% have experienced loneliness. It’s time to change that.

Connection is what makes us human, so let’s connect to make change – we’re inviting you to join us to create meaningful connections and find and grow your Hallam community throughout this week with a range of events and opportunities to build social connections, learn new skills, take notice and try something new, help us do something good for charity or give your time to help others in your wider community. Boost your wellbeing, and each other.
