Based in each of our three colleges, our well-being advisers provide quick and easy access to 1:1 wellbeing appointments.
Our advisers are qualified practitioners who can provide support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low mood and stress.
Appointments are 50 minute sessions with an adviser, focussed on your goals.
