College based wellbeing support

If you feel that you are a risk to yourself or others, or need intensive or ongoing supportregister with Student wellbeing on the standard form, as this will bettesuited to your needs.

 

Based in each of our three colleges, our well-being advisers provide quick and easy access to 1:1 wellbeing appointments

Our advisers are qualified practitioners who can provide support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low mood and stress.

Appointments are 50 minute sessions with an adviser, focussed on your goals.
