A very warm welcome to Sheffield Hallam University, we look forward to meeting you here in Sheffield.
Arrival times for students starting in January 2024
To arrive in good time for International Orientation and your course induction, you should aim to arrive on campus by Sunday 14 January 2024 at the latest. If you arrive at Manchester airport between 11 – 14 January you will benefit from the free airport pick up service.
If you are arriving outside our Meet and Greet desk opening times, the main University buildings might be closed. You can call our 24-hour helpline on 0800 073 1318. Make a note of this before you travel. You should also contact your landlord in advance to confirm your arrival time.
If you are an international postgraduate taught or undergraduate applicant, you are required to pay £3,000 deposit before you receive your Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS) from Sheffield Hallam University. You will then also pay an additional £5,000 before you enrol at the University. Your payment amount may differ, please click on the below button for more information on paying your fees.
If you used the University ACL code in your visa application, you will be able to collect your BRP from us.
