Learn Adobe Media Encoder for Video & Audio Exporting

We use media in many different formats, from videos for social media to high-resolution files for broadcast and film. Different platforms often require different settings for size, quality, and format, which makes exporting a crucial part of the production process.

This version of Adobe is available only to students on selected courses.   
 
Students in Architecture, Art & Design, and Media, Arts & Communication may be eligible for an Adobe Creative Cloud invitation-only price plan, please check with your tutor to see if this applies to you.

What is Media Encoder 

Adobe Media Encoder is a powerful application for encoding, converting, and delivering video and audio files. It can be used for everything from quickly compressing clips for the web to creating high-quality exports for professional film and television. 

How to access 

If you are eligible for the Adobe Creative Cloud invitation-only price plan, you can install Adobe Creative Cloud on your personal device. Otherwise, you will only have access to a trial version.
