Reasonable adjustments - are a legal requirement under the Equality Act (2010). Employers and service providers are required to make 'reasonable adjustments' that will allow disabled people to access the same opportunities and services as non-disabled people. This includes input from the five traditional senses (sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell) as well as the vestibular sense (balance and spatial orientation) and proprioception (body awareness and movement).
