Bullying is as offensive behaviour which violates a person's dignity. It can create an intimidating, hostile, degrading or offensive environment, and humiliates or undermines an individual or group.

Harassment is any behaviour which is unacceptable to the recipient and which creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment for employment, study or social life. It can include sexual harassment, racial harassment, stalking, victimisation

If you're experiencing bullying or harassment you have a number of options in terms of reporting whats happening and requesting action, as well as seeking support for how the situation is affecting you.

Student Union Advice Centre

The Advice centre offer free, confidential advice to Sheffield Hallam University Students. They provide with student funding, housing, academic issues, or anything in between. The Advice Centre is also a designated hate crime reporting centre
