Stress

Stress

Page written and resources collated by Jude Mitchell, Lead Wellbeing Practitioner

Stress affects everyone, for some people it can be a positive and motivating thing but for others it can feel overwhelming and affect the way you think, feel and behave.  In turn this can make it hard to do the things that you want and need to do in your daily life.

Ongoing, long-term stress can be linked with poor physical and mental health so it is definitely something worth addressing before it becomes problematic for you.
